Default iWannJumpHigh's VJB Journal

My Age: 14
My height: 5 7-5 8
My weight: 115 i know its low "
My current VJ: 17-18 in i think its lower XD cant really measure accurately
My Goal: to dunk by the END of VJB.. if possible
My workout schedule:
Monday: Beginners Pylo
Tuesday: rest
Wednesday : Beginners Pylo
THursday: rest
Friday: Beginners Pylo
Saturday: rest
Sunday: rest
(No weight workout, thats ok right?, not that bad right)

or should i do

MOnday:Beginners pylo, bodyweight training
THursday:Beginners Pylo, bodyweight training
(i wont be able to go further after bodyweight training cause i dont have access to a gym T_T)
so what should i do?

I started my first workout today. (Only Beginners Pylometrics)
this is my first really dedicated workout. i was always too lazy to do ne workout. but ive promised myself ill really work hard on this one.
i did my first Beginner VJB exercise today.
it took me bout 30-40 min and it was really hard and it hurt too XD
but i finished it.
As im typing my journal, my legs are soar. but its nothing i cant endure.
im not used to this exercising stuff but i know that..
if.. "No Pain, No Gain"
so.. i think im good

Ne Help or advices will be appreciated :]

Either do beginner plyos & novice weights, or plyos and bodyweight.

i have done my second vjb beginner pylometric workout.
Slalom jumps are hard

Inevitably you are going to have to do some kind of weight training if you want to reach your full potential. Maybe you wanna do it later? Then that's fine. You have to have some kind of gym near you.

i did my workout yesterday cause i forgot to do it 2 days ago.
now im done with week 1 and now goign to start with phase 2 of novice plyometrics

i did my 3rd workout of the 2nd week yesterday
which is novice pylometrics only
i dont think im doing my slalom jumps right
can neone show me some examples?
i think im gonna die when i do my 3rd workout
2nd week was hard enuf for me
