My quest to raise my vert 6 inches by Sept. 1
My stats:
Height- 6"0 no shoes
Reach- 7"9.5
1 step vert- 27.5
Max vert 2 feet-29.5
Max box squat- 135X3 reps
Max Hex bar Deadlift-185X5
Goals by June 1
1 step vert- Dont Care, just trying to strengthen
Max step vert- Dont Care, just trying to strengthen
Max box squat-205X5 reps
Max Hexbar deadlift- 225X8
Goals by Sept. 1 (13)
Max Box squat- 205X15 reps
1 Step vert- 32.5
Max step vert- 35.5
I am starting this quest on tuesday. Every week I will update my journal with what i do, starting tuesday obviously.
All squats are box squats that are a little past parrelel.
