Default VJB+TVP+AA = success ?

So I couldn't decide over which programs to do so I thought I would be a bit creative and join the three of the most (in)famous ones. My current workouts will be as followed.

SUN - AA
MON - rest
TUES - TVP
WED - VJB:strength
THURS - rest
FRI - AA
SAT -TVP

So what do you think, I haven't decided on the specifics for TVP or VJB , but I know I will do TVP plyos and VJB strength. I'm gonna also adjust the exercises a bit so as not to hurt myself, especially in Air Alert.

So I'll post my stats now and keep everyone updated:

height: 181cm
vertical: 30 inches

about 20 cm from grabbing the rim(?)

[AIM]

TO be able to dunk, obviously.

But at least by the end of my program lasting till February to be able to gram a 10ft rim.

xx

Theres something wrong in what you said. you cant be 181 cm tall with a 30 inch vertical jump and not be able to touch the rim. im about 167 cm tall and i have a 33 inch running jump and i can grab the rim easy. I tihnk you meant a 30 cm vertical jump. Anyway i dont think its a good idea to do 3 jumping program at the same time because the difficulty increase every week and air alert could really kill your knees. Just do 1 at a time.

I meant it in inches I tested it several times with a tape measure, you know starting measuring from me standing with my hand up then jumping..

The fact you can get it is great but I'm half-asian, my arms are really short so it makes it harder, I can't even palm a basketball yet for more than 2 or 3 seconds./ But to be entirely honest I haven't actually played bball on a 10ft hoop in about 3 weeks (break from training) and in that time I already started trying the programs so maybe I can already grab the rim My hoop at home is funny because I can't get it to be exactly 10ft so I don't really know..

Anyway thanks for the critique, but I'm gonna go with it anyway. As I said I'll adjust some of the programs as I go. I'm starting tomorrow and I'll take measurements/keep this updated every saturday.

That doesnt make sense. even if your arm are really short. When youre 6'1 with a 30 inches vertical jump, you should be able to grab the rim. If you are 20 cm from grabbing it, it would mean you have approximatively a 6'8 vertical reach which is impossible when your 6'1 unless you have a physical handicap
