I'm 19, 6'2'' 170 pounds, with a standing vertical of 24'' and a running 1 foot of around 31''. I can dunk 1 hand easily and 2 hand is about 1 out of 20. I did 5 weeks worth of VJB last april, so I'm pretty much a fresh start. By the end of the fourth week, I would like to get the 2 hand dunk to about 80%.
Current stats:
Standing vert: 24 inches
Running off 1 foot: 31 inches
Max squat: ~225
Current squat rep weight: 170
Current highest touch: 10'9''
Obviously I'm really week, about as thin as a rail, would love to get my max squat to 270 around where it's suppose to be for my bodyweight to get 1.5x bodyweight.
Workout #1 today, felt pretty good. Did everything I was suppose to, didn't butcher anything too bad. Did 1 foot squats, had to hold on to something at the 6th of 8 reps with my left foot, could barely do any with my right foot....
Anyway, more updates with more workout based information coming on Tuesday. Tuesday will be an all plyo today, today was 2 plyos and 4 weight exercises.
hopefully someone is interested.... I'll probably put up some dunk videos once I can get oops and 2 handers down... which is probably around when I can touch 11' so 3 inches to go.
