here are mt stats as usual: lol..

weight 117
Squat 180
Deadlift 270
Vert stabding 24 inches
Vert running 27 inchs

5 inches OFF from touching rim!!!!!!!!!!!

the workotu i did was decent i feel a little more lighter and faster when i jump. I will be adding some ab workouts but no arms i am still growing lol. The leg curls feel real good on my legs i think i will be behnifiting alot from this porgram. Will post later tommorow.

well he's squatting 1.5x his bodyweight, but just barely. I think you'd be better off doing the balanced.

weight is in killograms? 117 pounds for a 5'9 person is wow. Im 5'9 and weigh 135 and im the skinniest guy i know at my age.

Either way i cant wait to hear your results and the methods you use.

well thanks for the advice and tips. Also why should i do the reactive focused program?

Also my basketball team in ATLANTIS lol jk.. is the BEST IN THE CITY!!!!!
I also did the better basketball shooting video 1 and i made 16 for 20 3 poiters in my WARM UP. But my temates are gay and wont pass since i am a rookie since i moved up a whole level.. lol But again why should i do a balcend program??

What I meant was that it's kind of strange that your max squat is 180 and your max deadlift is 270. Either your deadlift isn't really 270, or you could very easily get your squat up around at least 250 in no time.

hey well i re tested my squat lastw eek cuz i forgot to do the last workout and also i revised the reactive part with some other exercises i dont like to do and ones i think would affect me in my 1 legged jump. It is mostly a 1-legged program now lol

also my squat is now 210 and i leg curl 110 still leg press 300 and leg extension 230 about..

i did the workout today and it was nice....i feel more lighter and powerfull when i jump now..
