Exclamation Re: pawjx's vertical bible journal

sorry guys. months ago, just before i started the program, i had injured my left knee. and during the first week of march, i twisted my ankle quite badly. it was until yesterday when i tried out the session of jump training, though my ankle is still a little week. the workout is great, quite intense for me.

any idea on how to strengthen my ankle? i tore my ankle ligament. does joint supplement help? i dun want me ankle to hamper my vert gains

Sorry guys, I started this thread quite some time ago but school work tied me down and I injured myself in the ankle and knee along the way that’s why I dragged till now. I decided to record my journal in a log and post it all at one go.

Height: 5’7”
Standing vertical:18”
Running vert: about the same
Aim: 12”(doable isn’t it?)

My bodyweight training. It was quite tough during the first set. I rested for about 5-10 min and kept hydrating myself before I could continue. But I kinda get used to the exercises after that and it felt much better.

Ive completed my first plyo workout! it wasn’t as draining as I thought it would be, and its much less intense as the bodyweight training program I did yesterday. waking up early in the morning I felt really tired. Started doing after warming up abit. But I tried jumping to my fullest. think I needa start recording my workout so I can check and improve my form. Hopefully its not too wrong.

Now i officially start my training and hope nothing gets in the way and im consistent in working out. good luck to me!
