Default VJB Bodyweight Journal

Hey,

I don't know if any of you guys remeber me as i havnt been on here in a while, but i was the one that gained 10" in 12 weeks thanks to the VJB.

Anyway, after about a year since i finished my previous training i have decided to start the bodyweight program again. I'm going to do the bodyweight program as i don't have access to a gym and i still cannot squat 1.5x my bodyweight.

I will test jump tomorow, but i think its about the same as my end results from last time which are in my sig. I will probably do my frist workout tomorow aswell...

I will post starting stats hopefully tomorow,

Sam

hey,i remember u,y dont u do a plyo program with the bodyweights?

that wil give u better results than bodywieghts on its own

You could just do bodyweight but it probably wouldn't hurt to do some squats and deadlifts since you need strength.

Sorry about your knee man, that sucks.
I guess just try to eat right and you could do some upper body workouts.
I hope your recovery is speedy!
