i started vjb bodyweight last wednesday and it felt ok my legs r still aching so is dat normal ??
and also is it ok if i do only 50 squats a rep instead of 100 coz i started wit it and could only do 50 so is dat ok ???
here r my stats:
Age: 11
Height: 4'6
Vertical Leap: VJ: 14 inches RVJ: 18 inches
Goal: VJ: 18 inches RVJ: 21 inches
