alright so my story is that i'm 6'4'', weigh 187 punds, but can't dunk, cause i can't jump. reason for that could well be that back when i was like 12/13, my kneecap in my right knee jumped out three times. my knee is fine now though and i gotta start working on my jumping.
so i'm doing the beginner plyos along with the novice strength program, also i heard that u get better results if u use jumpsoles for the first two sets of each exercise, so i'm gonna do just that.
for the next two weeks though, i don't have access to any wieght room, so i'm gonna do the plyos on their own.
my schedule will look like this:
first week:
monday-off
tuesday-plyos
wednesday-off
thursday-plyos
friday-off
saturday-plyos
sunday-off
second week:
monday-plyos
tuesday-off
wednesday-plyos
thursday-off
friday-plyos
saturday-off
sunday-off
from then on:
monday-lower body workout, practice (basketball), plyos
tuesday-off
wednesday-practice
thursday-basketball (just playing for fun, doing some drills)
friday-lower body workout
saturday-off
sunday-off
what do u think?
update: just finished doing th epylos for the first time, my legs feel kinda weak now, but i'm feeling fine. workout waws tough as hell, but felt good. i skipped the 4-star drill since i dont know how to do it, even though i read the description. i also didn't use jumpsoles cause i'm not sure whether i should do it, because i keep hearing that its bad for your knees and stuff.
so til next thursday

oh and also, could somebody explain to me how to do the 4 star drill?
