Default Re: Reactive Strength

yeh redsox is spot on, unilateral jumpers will usually take 0.1 of a second to take of whilst 2 legged jumpers take around 0.2-0.25 seconds to make better use of there limit strength, But in some cases, like tdub, and all the other great 2 legged leapers, they will jump probably 0.1-0.15 of a second because they are what you call static spring athletes which have extreme reactive strength and are able to apply so much force in such a minimal amount of time.
