Hey I just took a test from Athletic Advantage and it said I was 67 percent most likely the best at a 2-legged jump. Does any one have tips on how to become a better 1-Legged Jumper??
take a huge as run up and jump off ur left leg without stopping kinda like long jump but higher.
So I should Just practice that type of jump? And when I train for it I heard somewhere that it doesnt matter how you jump when you train its how fast you jump any truth to this??
