Default Silk_Shaker's TVP journal

Hey i started TVP today

starting standing vert- 29 inches
starting runnning vert - 35 inches
height: 5'11"
standing reach: 96"

vertical goals
standing - 35 inches
running - 45 inches

i am following the program to the T....supplements,superhops, altitude jump program, water plyos, window plan everything

My plan is to give updates on a weekly basis...i have access to a vertec so i should be able to give you guys pretty exact measurements

Sounds great, can you post your max squat and deadlifts and your UPN numbers for the various things? Also are you doing his ab workout too?

max squat: 260lbs
max benchpress: 200lbs
max stiff leg deadlift: 190lbs
max high pulls: 172lbs
max military press: 165lbs
max bent row: 140lbs

max height jumps: 17
s/l flying step ups: 16
s/l calf jumps: 14
s/l calf curls: 11
s/l hypers: 10
jumping pushups: 9
flying pullups: 7

hey!!! what are the supplements did you follow from the window plan?? cause I'm gonna start the program by next year....And the one that I'm planning to use are glucosamine chrondoitin,vitamin C,vitamin E, Whey protein and creatine... are those good enough already??

GL with your training man.
I have a couple questions about tvp.
In weeks 3 and 4 (and 8 and 9 and 13 and 14) do you change the weight and rest times? Obviously the UPN changes but I mean the weight exercies. In week 1 its 60 secs rest, and in week 6 its 40 seconds rest. So in week 3 and 4 should I change the rest time to 50 seconds? (Thats what makes sense to me but just makin sure)
And what about the pool workouts. Is there a rest time in there or do you just do them as fast as you can?

how's it going? any gains so far? post your max lifts and upns too we all want to see
