OK, I am currently doing many things to increase my vertical leap. I am a few inches from the hoop and I want to get the rim.
I did a superset of exercises yesterday, where I do one exericse using 1/4 of my max energy and keep rotating, there is a total of about 10 different exercises. This allows me to not waste too much energy at once and to workout longer because my various body parts have time to rest. I call it the superman workout.

-foot curls
-calf raises
-body weight squats
-situps
-wrist curls
-bicep curls
-lat raises
