I'm going to be starting
VJB Novice weights and plyos. along with some upper body weights. My goal ultimately is to have more strength in the lower and upper body, explosive drives, finish plays and shoot a higher FG% for my free throws (I'm weak, I don't have enough power for my free throws). Also, my three pointer heavily depends on my arms to shoot it because I'm weak. Being able to dunk is a bonus.
