Default chineseballer's journey to the rim

Okay, I have been playing ball for a yr and a month now.
I have been trying extensively for basketball and want to increase my vert like all of you guys.

Today I did

200 calf raises
100 body squats
40 situps
fatigued foot curls each
150 jump jacks
20 forearms curls each
40 lat raises each
35 chest presses each
15 tricep presses each
40 wrist curls each

hey.....u haven't worked out your neck ...just kidding....
If you want a big vertical you should concentrate on leg muscles,abs,lower back,shoulders,biceps but the most important muscles are the leg ones.
Try strength training for leg muscles.what u did is mini-strength training and it's mostly aerobic.

lol these are gonna give you endurance though, not explosive power. I mean that's a pretty crazy circuit, but you should really do strength training or plyometrics
