Where is the new section for vertical jump journal?

Today is tuesday. This was my first workout. As i decided to do both plyos and strength in the same day and having about 3 hours till dark,i did the plyos and after about half hour resting i went to the gym.Because of my tired legs i couldn't complete some of the exercises but i did my best.
Plyos tired my quads a lot and i could only workout my hams, hips and calves(through deadlift, leg curl and calf raiseing) at an acceptable rate, not fully though.
As i got home i took 25 g of proteins(Iso Soy) to optimize my recovery as proteins are the best in this process.I did eat a lot too to restore my glycogen in muscles(so i ate food based on carbs).

Conclusion:If you're doing plyos and strength train. in the same day,try to rest as much as you can between these 2 workouts(as redsoxfan15 for example ).

Almost forgot static stretching to relax my half-dead muscles.

I will change my workout program and it will be the following:
Monday- Lower body workout #1
Tuesday- off
Wednesday- Plyometrics
Thursday- off
Friday- Lower body workout #2
Saturday and Sunday-off

I'm changing it because i'll probably play basketball which is enough plyometric and because i need to increase my strength. This workout program is an option in VJB so i'm still respecting the Bible.

Today i finished my second strength workout which lasted about 2 hours and i feel tired.

End of phase 1:got 1.5 ' of standing vertical jump.
Strength training prooved to be efficient not only in my basketball game but also in rest of my activities, like walking.

that's right.what do you think?

i didn't do the 2 workouts this 1 week because i was ill.in this free week i experienced,i believe, an improovement (i didn't measure it).
About the weights strength program:i went with squatting:66 kg,70 kg,76 kg,76 kg,80 kg,66 kg,70 kg.is overtraining a reason for it?
Before i started the program i squatted 100 kg as 1 maximum repetition.i am following novice strength program but there is written in VJB for improoving maximum strength:''Any strength training movement using 75% or more max weight in that particular movement''.But i cannot follow the program with more than 75% of my 1RM,it's too hard so i squat hard to feel the tension. Can anybody of you do that?

last week i've touched for the first time the rimm with a 2 foot running jump, barely.that means i have a running vert of about 27 inch.it stinks considering i have a 25.5 inch standing vert but i've been very happy seeing the improvement.i still don't master the technique.i feel my legs strong and it's more easy for me to jump.
i notice that every day after the day i workout on plyo(notice that i'm in phase 2 which is concentrating on rate of force development better than in phase 1) i feel that i'm walking with no effort,it's amazing and interesting.
