Default KB1992's VJB Journal

I'm going to be starting VJB Novice weights and plyos. along with some upper body weights. My goal ultimately is to have more strength in the lower and upper body, explosive drives, finish plays and shoot a higher FG% for my free throws (I'm weak, I don't have enough power for my free throws). Also, my three pointer heavily depends on my arms to shoot it because I'm weak. Being able to dunk is a bonus.

STARTING STATS:

Height - 6'0
Vertical Leap - 24"
Weight - 135lbs
Squat - ???
Deadlift - ???
Bench press - 65 lbs

GOALS:

Height - 6'0
Vertical Leap - 34"
Weight - 150lbs
Squat - 350 lbs
Deadlift - 350 lbs
Bench press - 200 lbs

How can you set goals on things you don't know. Plus, 200lb bench press isn't a very realistic goal at all since you only do 65.

Lol calm down. It's always beneficial to aim higher than what you want. and I'm going to update my squats and deadlifts tomorrow.

Wow, you're telling me to calm down. I didn't say anything that was rude or obnoxious or threatening. And no, making unrealistic goals is not beneficial at all.

Stop trying to preach to me. You are just proving more and more that you have no idea what you are talking about.
