Talking VeRt LeGeNd's TVP Journal

Next week i am starting the TVP, i got for free. I hope to gain 12-15 inches or more. Curently i am doing UPN 10 and TVP phase 1-5. My current stats are:

11/27/07
Standing 20 inches
Running 22 inches
Highest touch when running 9'1''
Height 5'8'' (no socks or shoes)
Age 14
Standing touch 7'3'' (no socks or shoes)
Weight 113 pounds
1 rep max for bench press 127 lb.
1 rep max for squat 185 lb.

11/28/07
twisted ankle for a pick-up game heal quickly though

11/30/07
3 days till 1st workout day...ankle is now healed again

Goals by next session
Stanind 30 inches or more
Running 34 inches or more
Highest touch 10' or more

Total inches i want later in the program
standing 45 inches or more
running 50 + inches or more
Be able to dunk 13 or more feet
Height 6'3'' to 6'5''

Week 1
Monday- Lower Body
Tuesday-Upper Body
Wendsday-Lower Body
Thursday-Upper Body
Friday-Plyometrics (not water, water is in week 5,11,and 15.)
Saturday- Upper Body
Sunday- Day off

i still am thinking about doing the water plyos

Do the water plyos. I hear they are the most effective part of the program.

ok couldnt find the water plyo's in it though, they say to do when you have completed the program for atleast 15 weeks, then do them. But i am probably gonna do it anyways..

no theres water plyos in the regular program as well i think its in the 3rd week or something im not sure.

good luck man.

just dont be discouraged when the gains dont come as fast as u want them 2, they'll come aslong as u keep working hard.

its a long road ahead for u (and me) so good luck

my ankle is now better, and this may some funny and you may not beileive bu whatever idid to my ankle i now jump a inch higher. lol
