Default Vertical Project Journal

I will be doing my first official vertical project workout tmmrw, monday march 1st. Ill post my thoughts about the workout.
I guess if i have time i will get on and post daily. If not, ill do it weekly for sure.
Im gonna test my vert tmmrw, and in 4 weeks. If theres an increase ill stick to the vertical project, if not...idk what ill do, lol maybe vjb?
I hope this thing works, wish me luck.

thanks "wazzup"....im guessing ur from bosnia???

alright, so i did day 1 yesterday, and finished day 2 about 1 hr ago. the workouts are pretty tough, and are supposed to get tougher. haha
i like this new way of training since it is different from my normal "bodybuilding" type of workouts. the tough part of the program is following what is called the "window plan". Right after your workout you have to have 5 specific nutrient meals in within a 3 hr period, and u have to do what is called hydrotherapy, and plenty of stretching. This has been tough to do without any protein shakes...
Not to mention the hydrotherapy is a B**ch. i hate cold water....hahaa
But i guess you gotta do wat u gotta do..
Didnt get to measure my vert yet, hopefully ill have it within the next few days.

haha sick bro me too..
yea school foods horrible. vjb is a very good program i hear, ive actually tried it for a couple weeks and did not have enough persistance to keep going
stick to it though, im sure it will give you some sick gains!

alright, day 3 today was the same thing as day 1
not much to say, except it was pretty tough trying to workout the same muscles that are sore from day 1's workout..
nutrition was horrible since i had to head straight to school after the gym.
everything else was pretty good i guess, i felt somewhat more explosive while i was warming up with practice "dunks".
looking forward to tmmrw.

im done with this program...feel like the biggest idiot.
two charges of 60 dollars in january and february were charged to my dads credit card, eventhough i clearly paid 24 bucks for the program. I decided to check into luke lowry's scam after reading the vp's review on verticaljumping.com...............wow, totally pissed. good thing is the bank said they can get the money back to us.

yah umm ur not gonna c results off a couple days dude.

Shoulda stayed with it. I did TVP for 7 weeks and gained 6 maybe 6.5 inches. And im not one of those guys who rep TVP for Luke Lowery.

Just my 2 cents

yea i know that, but since the d-bag tried stealing 120 dollars from me, why would i want to stick to his program? you know?
6 inches is great in 7 weeks, but idk if i can believe that...
not saying his program is complete crap, i do like the info he has on recovery and nutrition, but the workouts are sketchy.
anyways 35 bucks for vertical mastery isnt bad, and its completely costumized, might as well give it a shot.
