Phase 3 Week 2 Day 1
Novice Plyos
Well the reps increased, but I still did my best. So Im happy about that.
Novice Weights
Squat 180 lb 4x6
1 and 1/3 Squat 160 lb 2x8
Leg Curl 130 lb 4x6
Calf Raise 195lb 3x20
I had a great workout it felt pretty awesome. I like progressing from session to session. So Im happy about that!
