Phase 3 Week 2 Day 1

Novice Plyos
Well the reps increased, but I still did my best. So Im happy about that.

Novice Weights
Squat 180 lb 4x6
1 and 1/3 Squat 160 lb 2x8
Leg Curl 130 lb 4x6
Calf Raise 195lb 3x20

I had a great workout it felt pretty awesome. I like progressing from session to session. So Im happy about that!

Novice Plyos
I did them with all my best effort. I tried. They did tire me out a bit.

Novice Weights
I had to skip the weights because my mom came to pick me up from the gym early. I was kinda mad at my mom, but I had to forgive her.

Novice Plyos
I did them pretty cool. It felt very good. I had a nice plyometric workout.

Novice Weights
Squat 190 lb 4x6
1 and 1/3 Squats 170 lb 2x8
Leg Curl 140 lb 4x6
Calf Raise Machine 215 lb 3x20

Good workout and Im happy about it.

Phase 3 COMPLETED

Novice Plyos
As always plyos dont really make me tired. Still they do make me sweat. They felt pretty good.

Novice Weights
Platform Deadlift 195 lb
Barbell lunges 110 lb
1 Leg Calf Raises 60 lb

This was a great workout! So im happy about that! Im not that great jumping because I am still learning. Peace!
