Phase 2
Week 3
Day 1

Merry Christmas Everyone!

I had to skip the Novice Weights because the gym is closed today.

Novice Plyos
I still managed to do the plyos at home. Man after the plyos I was already tired especially from last week. Last week I was sick, had school, did my workouts, and ate tons of food yesterday. Seems like my standing vertical was fine. But I couldnt get up as high as usually on running 1 leg take off. However with the rest that I will get I will be even better my next workout (Friday). So I am happy about that. Merry X-Mas Peeps.

Since I am half way through the program (6 more weeks to go) I decided to make things even better.

I am thinking of adding upper body workouts and watching my nutrition.

I will probably work on upper body on some of my workout days.

Sun-Rest
Mon-Rest
Tues-Novice Weights/Novice Plyos and Play Basketball While In The Gym
Wed-Rest
Thur-Rest
Fri-Novice Weights/Novice Plyos and Play Basketball While In The Gym
Sat-Rest

Not many people are commenting. I might have to stop posting the journal online

Phase 3 Week 1 Day 2

Novice Plyos
I did them with a better form this week. I tried to do them goos. So Im happy about that.

Novice Weights
Platform Deadlift 175 lb
Barbell Lunges 105 lb
Standing Calf Raises 55 lb

Aight so the Standing Calf Raises are killing my hand. Because the weight is so heavy that its bruising my palm. But other than that it was a solid heavy workout. So Im happy about that.
