No people are commenting on my journal. Am I really that boring?

Today I was very stressed about school. Im getting so tired from it. But hey this didnt stop me from working on my vertical !

Phase 1 Week 3 Day 1

Novice Plyos seemed way more controlled. I did everything to the best of my abilities. I was sweating. They took me about 30 minutes.

Novice Weights
Ahhhh, my favorite part. I just love hitting the cold metal smelling weights.
The Squats improved from last week by 10 lbs. Leg Curl improved by 10 lbs and Machine Calf Raises improved by 15 lbs from my last workout.

Pahse 1 Week 1
Squat 115 lbs
Leg Curl 90 lbs
Calf Raises 115 lbs

Phase 1 Week 2
Squat 125 lbs
Leg Curl 100 lbs
Calf Raises 115 lbs

Phase 1 Week 3
Squat 135 lbs 3x10
Leg Curl 110 lbs 4x8
Calf Raises 130 lbs 3x20

After Novice Plyos and before Novice Weights I played some basketball and felt like I was jumping a bit higher. However I am pretty stressed about school and stuff.

I am blessed with big hands (8 inches). I can palm the ball pretty well. So when I tried to dunk, I lay it in and touch rim.

I am thinking of taking a week off after the first phase. Do you guys think that I should take a week off after my last workout of phase 1?

Well I have not gained that much so far. I'm sure that many people have gained way more. Im not even near being satsified. I want more.
This is my 1 leg jump on November 23 compared to December 6 (2 weeks).
It's all about believing, hard work and honoring God.

This is a 2 week comparison while I did Phase 1.

The one with no shirt is Novermber 23.
The one with black tanktop is December 6.

Phase 1 COMPLETED

Today i was very tired after yesterday jumping.
However, i still managed to do my thang. I did Plyos at home. Than i went to the gym and played some basketball. After basketball I hit the weights.

Novice Plyos
They made me sweat but they also only took me about 30 minutes.

Novice Weights
I did not want to do them, but I did. I had too. Two guys that were working out showed me the proper form for Deadlifts.

Phase 1 Week 1
Deadlifts 115 lbs
Barbell Lunges 80 lbs
1 Legged Calf Raises 10 lbs

Phase 1 Week 2
Deadlifts 125 lbs
Barbell Lunges 80 lbs
1 Legged Calf Raises 20 lbs

Phase 1 Week 3
Deadlifts 135 lbs
Barbell Lunges 80 lbs
1 Legged Calf Raises 30 lbs

When I played basketball before hitting the weights I noticed that i was jumping higher. I managed to get rim of running vertical to were my fingers end and connect to my hand. On vertical I was about 2 inches from touching the rim.

NOTE: That this was before my final workout and I still need my rest to see my final results after this Phase.

Right now I'm planning on taking a week off. Than at the end of that week I will test. I'm still not 100% if i wanna take a break.

Because if your legs are more tired by the end of Week 12, when your legs recover it will mean that you will get a bigger gain after resting. If you take off a week now your gains wont be near as big when you rest after week 12.
