Default Deadlift and Squat Progress

I thought it would be cool to have a dead lift and squat progress thread (maxes or for reps) , so if you guys are doing any of them feel free to log your progress here.

Last Friday I squatted 275lbs for 5, and dead lifted 275 for 3

Next workout is tomorrow

Did same exact thing as last week today.

Deadlift 275lbs for 3 and 275lb squat for 5

Its the same, but I finally did my deads with good form, so my back isnt nearly as sore and i finally feel my deadlifts working my legs instead of just my back so im happy.

2 working sets of 275 today so its a PR of +1 set. Ill probably go up in weight next workout.

3 sets of 235 on deads. Man! I still cant stop rounding my lower back which is why i had to go down in weight. Tried just to get the form right today. Anyone have any advice on how to keep your back straight on dead lifts
