I'm going to be starting VJB Novice weights and plyos. along with some upper body weights. My goal ultimately is to have more strength in the lower and upper body, explosive drives, finish plays and shoot a higher FG% for my free throws (I'm weak, I don't have enough power for my free throws). Also, my three pointer heavily depends on my arms to shoot it because I'm weak. Being able to dunk is a bonus.

STARTING STATS:

Height - 6'0
Vertical Leap - 24"
Weight - 135lbs
Squat -???
Deadlift - ???
Bench press - 65 lbs

GOALS:

Height - 6'0
Vertical Leap - 34"
Weight - 140lbs
Squat - 200 lbs
Deadlift - 200 lbs
Bench press - 200 lbs

Today was my first workout. I feel the burn in my hamstrings and quads the most. My calfs don't hurt that much but my groin hurts like crazy! I don't know why though and my ankles are really stiff. Today's workout:

Squat = 90 lbs
Leg Curls = 100 lbs
Calf Raises = 20 lbs

Ok today I did my upperbody. My shoulders feel very sore and right after I practiced my shot for about 30 mins so that I won't lose my shot.

Bench Variations = 35lbs (45 reps, pyramided)
Barbell curls = 15lbs (45 reps, pyramided)
Overhead barbell press = 20lbs (45 reps, pyramided)
