Default vertical jump bible

I'm interested in knowing when you can see the first gains doing the vjb because I may start it

you will usualy see your biggest gains after week 7 or 8 becuase your body will get the gains when it gets some rest

they're all 16 week programs, 3 days a week. every 4 weeks you take the middle workout off that week, so you get 3 days in a row fully off. I'd say those would be the big catchup phases, so probably right before you'd do your last workout for each of the 4 phases you'd see the full improvements. along the way though you should see some very distinct progress also though

do the workouts hav to be done with gaps or can they be suited to better days.

or in other words can u do the program wen u have the seasons goin cause we only get a 9 week break from bball before it starts again, probably less than that.

It depends on your fitness level and experience. If u r a beginner, even 2 weeks is enough
