Default VJB journal beginer plyos and bodywieght

Hi my schedule is Sunday i do both and thursday i do both the rest of the week i have off

i just finished week one of phase one which means ive done two workouts played b ball today and didnt really feal an improvement but i didnt really expect it in the first week , the exercies are sort of challenging but not horribly bad they just take a while , if anyone has any tips or questions please post it thanks

O yea i have a 20 inch vert 24-25 running im 6'1 can touch the rim .. barely and i wiegh about 215 im 15 years old

215 at 6,1 wow muscle or fat, if fat u might need to lose some weight, i am 145 at 6,3 barelyany fat

Yeh thats a big weight... cuttin down weight will improve ur vert immensly.

its muscle but im a little bit chunky not obeise or anything ive been trying to cut down an little but im not that big at all i run a 5 40 mile and a 4.8 forty

yo im now about to start week 3 of phase one this sunday (its now friday)
my legs feel pretty good and after week 3 i think im gonna test because it would be the end of phase one

im almost done with week three phase one i just gotta finish my second workout this week, i am gettin discouraged tho becuase i havent seen any results and also i have been hearing alot about ppl not gaining much in the 12 weeks

who hasnt gained much in the 12 weeks? most ppl notice a dramatic improvement around the 8th week. im in the second week of vjb begginer plyos and bodyweight. i wanna get 8 inches. wat do ya wanna gain from it?
