29' standing/running 32' went down a little because im in season
goal:33' standing/running 36'

I'm in season so im doing beginner plyo w/ novice weights. I've been lifting every week just not in a specific program so i hope i can maximize my results using this. I have a really good strength base squat max: 300lb. so im doing beginner plyo's even though im in season. Planning on doing the WO on tue/fri w/ plyo in the morning and i'll lift after school.

I did my first workout today because christmas is tommorow. I only did the plyo's but it went good, thats a ton of lunges! Also i added my jumpsoles to the first half of all the reps, it's way more challenging than i thought it would be. i'll try to do my first day of novice weights tommorow if i get some equipment for christmas. im taking gold standard whey protein as well as creatine 1 hour before workout. i'll keep ya updated

I did the novice weights today and im kinda sore. I had to do workout B which was the deadlifts/lunges and calf raises and i Benched too. Tommorow i do nothing but bball practice and i'll get enough rest til i go at it most likely sat. because i have tourny fri. and sat. depends what time i get home sat from the game.

Deadlifts: 155
Lunges: 75
Calf raises: 20

I did my plyo's today becasue i found out my games will be late tommorow night where we'll be staying at a hotel and playing the next night as well. They went pretty good i'm pretty tired though, not sore just tired. Since i couldn't do the 2nd day of novice weights tommorow i just did the deadlifts after my workout. I just know im gunna be overtrained after this tourny but hopefully we kill the teams and i don't gotta play all 32 minutes. merry christmas ya'll

Deadlifts: 155

Games went good we won the tourny and my legs didn't feel overtrained surprised since i played nearly the whole game both games. Sidenote [naked] the drink is a good way to get your fruit when the only place you can go is like 7 eleven since i had to stay at a hotel, i got vitamin-c which has 1000% c in it per serving. i found a new favorite drink.

Today i did week two in phase 1 of my vjb beginner plyo's, I was going to do novice weights later in the day but i had bball practice and it would be too much so im going to do it tommorow. It was pretty hard especially because im using my jumpsoles for the first half of almost all the exercises. I got a league game fri. so after i lift tommorow i won't do anything til after that, prolly lift and do plyo's sunday cuz i got a non league game sat.

Did novice weights today it was pretty hard cuz it was right after practice.
My first time doing WO A
Squat: 155
Leg Curls: 65
Single leg calf raises: 20

hav u gained anything wit beeg. plyos wit jumpsoles and nov. weights. how much hav u gsined even though ur only on week 2 or 3

Have'nt tested yet but my vert feels good at practice. I don't test til week 3 on my second workout. The begginner plyo's w/ jumpsoles isn't as easy as i thought it would be though.

I have been changing my schedule depending on game days. So i thought i'd make a default schedule that i'll only change if i have a game.

Mon.-Sat. I do my dribble program religously and shoot as much as possible. I try to get 200 shots in on non game days.


Mon.- novice weights A/begginner plyo's
Tue.-Upper Body #1
Wed. off
Thur.-novice weights B/begginner plyo's
Fri.-upper body #2
Sat.- off
Sun.- off

I'm in season and i didn't get to do my second WO this week. Next week i got games tue./thur./sat./ and their all league games so looks like im going to take a week and a half off of plyo's. I will though continue novice weights until i can incorperate plyo's this sucks cuz i want to finish vjb all the way through but my team is most inportant. I might have to cut all plyo's til the end of the season because i practice mon.-sat. as well. I will instead start jump roping in the mornings and doing weighted calf raises because they don't wear me out. For sure i will start up plyo's at the end of the season.
