Re: Jeremy's journey to the rim (copied from aeon, any copyright laws?)
hey guys i just finished the plyo workouts today and my leg aren't that sore as after the strength workouts, and i really feel fresh. Looking forward to improving my jump from 24" to 28" by december. and to 32" by January. then to 36" in march and 42 (same as kelly) by june. is it when your vert get higher, the harder it is to increase it?

getting 4 months two months in a row is hard, not undoable, but don't get discouraged if you don't get it. It's good to aim high, but be prepared to stay vigilant if you don't get all that you wanted.

Re: Jeremy's journey to the rim (copied from aeon, any copyright laws?)
hi guys
today i did gym weights training with my brother. i tried the squats but it was WAY TOO HEAVY FOR ME. i couldn't even do 30kg!! so instead of squats. so i tried the deadlift. strangely enough, they were much easier compared to squats. now my target for deadlift is 30kg for 3 sets of 8. then i did the leg curls instead of the squats. my best weights was 40kg for 3 sets of 10. i couldn't find a proper machine for hamstring training so i had to stick to the leg press - 3sets of 40kg. i also did bcep curls --- 3 x 10, 5kg and tricep pull down --- 3 x 10 5kg. i must be really weak............

Re: Jeremy's journey to the rim (copied from aeon, any copyright laws?)
yea, hope i do, but im only 5"2!!! yea but i found out that ma form was wrong for the squats. i was supposed to rest the barbell on my traps and NOT MY NECK BONE WHICH I STUPIDLY DID AND HAD PAIN TILL NOW. yeah now my squat is 40 kg!!! yea, for a weak guy like me. i can do 10 assisted pull ups, but i cant do a bench press properly. when i bench, it fells as if the tendons in my armpits hurt(like when you try to dislocate your shoulder and therte is pain in the armpit area). it caused me to not be able to dip, pull up, bench, move my shoulders or do a bicep curl. crap and after my deadlift only my lower back hurt. my legs were perfectly fine. someone comment on my form.

Re: Jeremy's journey to the rim (copied from aeon, any copyright laws?)
hey guys, now i can squat up to 50+ kg an i didn't even know it till i pushed myself! now instead of benching, i am doing pec flys, can that be a replacement for benches? for deadlifts, i tried to do some but it hurt my shins as i forgot to wear track pants and higher socks. i can do up to 12 assisted pull ups. now i'll just concentrate on my strength till i can squat 100kg or 220 lbs.
