how 2 jump high n a natural way???

i kinda having a hard time n jumping.. im 5'11 but i still cnt do hoops... jumps can help in lots of aspects in a game... and i nid to learn thoes to get rebounds more often with d ryt tying and give dunks to make d team feel better..
