I AGREE I thinnk a lot of you guys have too high expectations 12 inches in 3 months is crazy in my opinion. Getting a foot in a year is amazing, thats what i am aiming for ive been doing vert training for 3months and have gained 3-4 inches so im right on pace. even if you get 4 or 5 inches in the 12 weeks you should be very excited at least i would be. good luck dont get discouraged

nah, skip it,and wait till their fully recovered,or you'll lose more than you'll gain.

Really? But won't I kind of lose out since I miss 1 training? Should I still continue with the training but at a later date? Making sure that I complete all the 24 sessions.
By the way please post the static stretching thread. Thanks!

Re: Aeon's Journey to the Rim- VJB Journal
It's Thursday and I'm supposed to train. But apparently, my muscles are still sore. Only 50 to 60% recovered. I'm not going to train today since it's highly unadvisable to train with muscles not fresh.
I'll see how it goes. Wait for 1 or 2 more days before training. But at this pace, I'll take more than 12 weeks Hopefully my legs can adapt faster to this training.

no,i dought one training session will make tat much of a difference in ya final gains, but if u try it as u r,(with sore legs)you will probably wear ya muscles out too much, and it will b in vain,it aint good, cause ya knew to this stuff.
obviously u havent read vjb properly, cause otherwiseu wouldnt b asking to make up 4 that training on another date.in the Q&A section kelly clearly says not to make up for a training session.(pardon me if im incorrect)
and i didnt make a thread about static stretching,i posted one in ya first thread about air alert.

I meant that I will just be flexible. I train when I've recovered. It's not following the 12-weeks constraint. But this is so that I will finish all the 24 sessions, but taking longer. What do you think?
I'm afraid that if I miss out, on the average, say 1 training per phase, due to unforseen circumstances, lol, the overall gains will be lower.
