Good luck man! Keep us updated.

Geez... I was just wondering why most people are doing Novice Weights. Seems like I'm one of the minority sticking with the Bodyweight Training.

I'm on novice weights because I weight trained with a football team during the summer.

Lol I see a lot of guys under 18 doing the novice weights program in VJB, but once you grad from high school and are in college like me I think you should do the intermediate strength-focused program because by then you will have played for your varsity basketball team, football team, etc... and had a lot of experience running around.
