Default Aim-high ! Vjb Novice Weights !

hey hows it?

Well iv decided im going to start the VJB novice weights program along with doing an upper body program to.

I did my first Vjb workout yesterday and it was realy gud i have never done lower body weights b4 and i found it realy good because you could feel it working everytime you did a rep any way....
im also looking at adding in after a while novice plyo. when should i add that in?
also what do you think my gains could be from this program thanks

this is how my week goes

MON- upperbody (chest/back)
TUE- Vjb lower body
WED- upperbody (arms)
THUR- practice
FRI- Game
SAT- Vjb lower body
SUN- upperbody (shoulders)

ill update sunday nights and tell you how its going

hey

well i just did my upperbody work out and it was real good and manged to do it in just under a hour which was real good. so hope im going to be able to see some improvments and not just in my vert

try addin the plyo on the same day ure doin the lower body weight program

hey guys

well iv done my first week of novice weights and it was real good

i did it on tuesday and sat and this is what my stats are

monday

Squat- 30 kg (66lb)
leg curl- 20kg (44lb)
calf raises- 10kg x 2 (22lb x 2)

saturday

Deadlift- 30kg (66lb)
lunges- 30kg (66lb)
single leg squats- 10kg (22lb)

what do you think pretty avarage?

Tuesday morning my legs were sore as but by thursday they were alright
and sunday my upperthigh was a bit sore but its fine.

Iv also decided to add in the plyometrics at the start of the third phase

what do ya rekn?????

athleticquickness.com is a good site one of my clients used it and gained six inches to ther vertical in two months and thats static stretching also known as isometrics.
