Default UB94 Vertical Jump Bible Journal

Hey, In this thread I will be starting Vertical Jump Bible Novice Plyometrics, as of now my running vertical is 20.5 inches(not the best)and my standing vertical is 19 inches so I would like to increase my vertical about 8-10 inches and hopefully this can help.

good luck, i think you shuld be able to gain at least 8 inches. u will gain even more if you add novice weights or bodyweight, but its optional.

I just finished my first workout it was the bodyweight workout not plyos which I do on Monday, my legs feel sore but I think it was a good workout.
So far my schedule is:

Mon: Plyos
Tue:Conditioning+Upperbody
Wed:Plyos
Thurs:Bodyweight
Fri:Conditioning+Upperbody
Sat:Bodyweight
Sun:Rest

Just had my plyos workout, overall I think it was good and I think I'm on my way to maybe 8-10 inches more on my vertical because the workout wasn't too easy or too hard I thought it was perfect.

alright that sounds good... and plz dont give up on the journal until ur done, like so many other ppl....

and dont be discouraged if ur vert only increases like 3 inches in 6 weeks ( like me) because the gains will come just dont quit man...and ill be following this and i hope u gain that 10 inches and good luck .

I didn't give up, juss wasn't on streetballtalk lately so anyways I have upperbody work today and then I'm doin Plyos tomorrow.

I haven't been updating this because a couple of weeks I had an ankle sprain and couldn't do much, so I stopped. I will start again but with begginer plyos + bodyweight before my season starts in november.

Ok today I offically started begginer plyos+my bodyweight program after recovering from my ankle sprain, it was tough to do some of the excercises after coming back from an ankle sprain but I think I did well for my 1st plyos workout coming back.

nice keep posting and u should do weights instead of bodyweight if you have access but up to u
