I just finished my first workout it was the bodyweight workout not plyos which I do on Monday, my legs feel sore but I think it was a good workout.
So far my schedule is:
Mon: Plyos
Tue:Conditioning+Upperbody
Wed:Plyos
Thurs:Bodyweight
Fri:Conditioning+Upperbody
Sat:Bodyweight
Sun:Rest

Standing Vertical: 24-24.5 inches
Running Vertical: 25-26 inches
