With your height and current vertical, I guess you can hang onto the rim easily. Work on your jumping technique and you may gain a few inches from that. It's stated towards the end of VJB

when i rest after a week,, shud i play sum ball or jus totally forget about exercising

well i think that you should play sum ball like 2 times a week to keep your aerobic fitness up. it is good to get a feel of the ball in between training day, but jus don't get injured. get your form down, and you could be out

aim:
1.standing and running vert 30+ inches
2.get the vjb
3.become a centre in my school team cos the tallest centre we have is only 170cm ... dots

another question,, i finished phase 1 but now theres so much work to do at skool that i wont have enuf time to do VJB anymore,, so is it alright to stop and start with phase 2 after or do i have to re-do phase 1 ?

i don't think you should play ball because you need the time so your muscles can rest. i guess playing low intensity ball wouldn't be that bad, but avoid playing full court games.

@clearmatt: u can do the plyos at home if u have boxes and a big area. some weights program, but there's a body weight program you can at home.

if your doing the vjb is it alright to hav shoot around sessions and some dribbling even on the days you do it?
