I'm 13 , but I've always been taught to keep on going and put the pain aside. Hell I have sprint trainings few kilometers before a lake and we just get blindfolded and you spring for as long as you can and as hard as you can, even if you feel like your legs are about to collapse. I keep pushing myself to the max, yet I never collapse/too tired out, so I know there's always more I can get out of myself. But Air Alert series did real wonders man, I've actually lost about 5 kilograms to it and gained like 8 inches in the first three weeks or so, so I got all excited and just increased the reps and sets myself (about twice the ones on the chart) as I felt no pain after a certain amount of time. No pain, no gain .
your ginna mess up your legs bud

My legs disagree, but we'll see how it all works out.
I'm not that dumb though, .
yeah Im with you man most people that can complete it normally increase their vj dramaticly. I did it too and the exercises are no more stressfull than jumping rope, especially if you do it on carpet like your supposed to.
just make sure u look after urself. stretch and do em on carpet and stuff. if ur legs start hurting too bad then stop. good luck but i think u should be doing a dif program

I've already gained 2-3 inches in the first week and my lower body is a lot stronger. Before, one of the guys who was very strong used to back me down, but no longer... I find that I can hold my own weight but I've become more of a power jumper.
