Default Starting Some Jump Training!!

at last i decided to start air sumthing im doing it like burnouts n all that then im doin sum extra squats 5 days a week 2 day break!!

height:5 3.5
vert:like 30 cms
running vert:like 33 prob

if u mean 12 in, whats the point of jumpin? if i put 1 hand on top of another its longer than ur vert.

Do another pylo program n deff sum needed strenth training. Anything but air alert!

Air Alert? I hope it works for you. Just be careful with your knees. Some people have injured themselves doing the program.
