Current:
Age: 17
Height: 6'4 (ft)
Weight: 175lbs
Vertical: 28 inches

Goals:
Height: 6'4
Weight: 185lbs
Vertical: 33 Inches

I am currently on Week 1 of the Beginner Training for VJB. I did Air Alert 3, and got to Week 5, but had to stop due to knee problems. My knees have gotten better, so I decided to pick up training again. I am currently a Senior in High School (Kent Island High School) and will be playing for Varsity this year. My goals are set to be done by next basketball season, since ours starts Thursday, 11/15. I will keep you guys updated with my progress.


Update:
My vertical hasn't increased from training lately because the season has started. I have gained weight from lifting before practice, approx 5 pounds. I scored 25 points in my first game this year, and 17 in our second which was yesterday but I hurt me knee somehow.

I hope u do air alert on soft surfaces like grass and not concrete coz this can lead to knee problems
