nah i didnt wanna have to rest inbetween and wait cus as u know time is of the essence lol im gonna test after phase 2 probably

ok yesterday before i did my workout i was just jumpin around and it seemed as if my two footed jump went up but not my one footed... will my one footed go up? and i am starting week 2 phase 2 on sunday

today i start week 2 phase 2 i really dont feel like doin it but im gonna and also will my one footed jump go up cus when i was jumpin around it seemed like only my 2 footed went up

im doin my second workouts for week 2 phase two tomorw then on to week 3

aight im done with week 2 phase 2 and yesterday i was supposed to start week 3 but i didnt do it cus i had a b ball game i was gonna do it today but i couldnt so i think im gonna skip it and just do the second workouts thursday and then move onto phase 3

to improve running jump, train you hamstrings to avoid muscle imbalances

height: 5"2 / 157cm (dream height 175cm)
weight: 80 pounds/ 35kg
standing vert: 24 inches (never trained before)
running vert: 25 inches (same thing above)

aim:
1.standing and running vert 30+ inches
2.get the vjb
3.become a centre in my school team cos the tallest centre we have is only 170cm ... dots

k i skipped the second workout on the first week of phase 3 to test all i was able to test was running and i went from touching the rim wiht tip of my finger to grabbing it down about two knuckles so about a 3-4 inch improvement
im kinda disapointed wanted more
