they're all 16 week programs, 3 days a week. every 4 weeks you take the middle workout off that week, so you get 3 days in a row fully off. I'd say those would be the big catchup phases, so probably right before you'd do your last workout for each of the 4 phases you'd see the full improvements. along the way though you should see some very distinct progress also though
