I did Air Alert 2 & 3, ended 'em both and got about 10 inches.
Fucked up my knees and ankles thanks to it though, I just hope they'll be alright.

yeah i bought the dvd for air alert 4, I just did the first four weeks and probably gained 4-5 inches, my knees didn't hurt at all but my legs were always tired. I think I'm going to do the advanced air alert part sometime this year, but only do 2 rotations instead of 5.

I'm 13 , but I've always been taught to keep on going and put the pain aside. Hell I have sprint trainings few kilometers before a lake and we just get blindfolded and you spring for as long as you can and as hard as you can, even if you feel like your legs are about to collapse. I keep pushing myself to the max, yet I never collapse/too tired out, so I know there's always more I can get out of myself. But Air Alert series did real wonders man, I've actually lost about 5 kilograms to it and gained like 8 inches in the first three weeks or so, so I got all excited and just increased the reps and sets myself (about twice the ones on the chart) as I felt no pain after a certain amount of time. No pain, no gain .
