i know but when you do ploys it takes longer to heal cuz it effects your nervous system

i did not kno that haha. I guess ur kinda gettin sum pylometric training in all the jump training ur doing. Its not the same tho

yeah i should be getting enough plyos from volleyball and basketball to increase my vert i lil bit
