i was practicin for my tournament. and my legs feel great i might of gotten 2-3 in in 2 weeks. best jumpin since my injury

We lost the tournament

, cus one of our players was sick the day b4 he couldnt make it. This week of has been good for my gains. i dunked on a 10'3-10'5 rim without realizing it, i dunked then the MC was like "these rims are 3-5 inches higher than regulation, that is why some of u who can normally dunk cant now.

im startin back on Vjb tomorrow

does any one know i would be able to do the body weight program and begginer plyos if i have two basketball practices a week and volleyball 4 times a week ??
