Default A.J.'s VJB begginer plyo and bodyweight journal

hey, so ive decided to start vjb bodyweight and beginner plyos. i did my first workout this morning. i woke up at 6:30 and did the plyos. soon im going to be doing the bodyweight. the plyos felt really good and my legs were hurting a bit but i could have kept going on for a bit longer. in a few hours i will update tellin u how the bodyweight goes. wish me luck oh yeh and my goal for the 12 weeks is to gain 8 inches

gud luck man make sure you be as explsoive as you can when doing your plyo

hey, im bak again. i did the bodyweight and it was really good. i can really feel it in my legs. i know this program is good, it just feels better than any other one i have done before, i can really feel it working

im in school. i get up at 6:30 do the plyos which takes till bout 7 or so. eat brekfast, have a shower and go to school. after school i come home and do the bodyweight. n yea i would lyk to get 12 coz then id be hanging on the rim easy, so im ghonna aim for 12

ive also decided to do sum arm and ab exercises every second day before and after school. im doing this ab exercise thing

its really good and im just doing lots of weights and pushups for my arms. my abs caned after doin the workout and my arms are still sore but its good

hey, just letting u know i missed the second bodyweight woekout cos i slept ova at AL45's place. enywaiz i dont hav time to fi i in so im just gonna treat it as recovery time coz im stuffed from playing rugby

So much promise afta the first training sess and now this hahaa. Yeh i reckon it will probably even possibly be benneficial that u got tha time off to recover, cause its not the greatest doin the exercises buggered.
