ey buddy, u cant tell, u have never seen me. i have done lots of those tests on the intenet that arent accurate and they are waaaay under 10% and im pretty skinny. i can see my abs but not a defined 6 pack! god cant u ppl read!!!

hey guys, i just finished week 2 of phase 2 now im gonna do week 3 workouts once then rest for the rest of the week

i have a question about the bodyweight and beginners plyo workout...if i do them on the same day, should i....

do them directly after each other or
do bodyweight..wait an hour or two..then do plyos

Do them directly after each other. If you wait "an hour or 2" then your muscles are already in repair mode.

wrong, u should try and do them around 4-5 hours apart but if u cant then have about half an hour rest in between

hey guys, i have one more week of vjb phase 2 and i tested my vert today. my legs werent fully recovered and i wasnt wearing shoes. i still got 2 inches higher on my standing vert which brings it to about 26 and on my running i started off with the same as my standing but can now get a few inches higher than standing which means my running increased by 3 or 4 thats around 27 or 29 i hope to be able to touch the ring by the end of the program coz today i touched the metal support thing the ring is joined on to and its about 4 inches off the ring and i wasnt wearing shoes im happy with my gains so far and wanna get 5 inches in the last 2 phases

im lyking my new increase in vertical lol i blocked so many shots at training lol and im the shortest in my team and i blocked the biggest

thnx...however i first thought you were supposed to do them right after each other...where did you get that information
