hey guys, iv ran out of time to do bodyweight today so im gonna do it tomorrow the plyos on friday and bodyweight on saurday or both on saturday. this phase is going so quick

hey guys, ive missed out doing my second lots of workouts this week so im starting week 2 next week

8 Weeks into Beginners Plyos and Bodyweight

Vertical Jump: About 34 inches
Running Vertical: About 36-37 Inches.

hey guys, i just did plyos and tomorrow im doing bodyweight, then ill be on to week 3 almost finished phase 1!!

No offense but your not under 10% body fat. If your under 10% you should be able to see 6 pack abs standing up not flexing them. Your probably around 13-15%. I have a detailed 6-pack not flexing and my BF% professionaly tested was 6.9%. I am 6"1 170 BTW.
But good luck with your vert training. I am pretty sure that your core has alot to do with a high vert so keep working that mid-section

Im 6'2 175 pounds and my body fat % is 6.7 but I don't have a fully showing 6 pack only when I flex.

that could be possible if you just store most of your BF in your mid-section, but unlikely. Did you get it prosfesionaly measured?

But to the Original Poster, How much have you gained since like the first time you posted on this journal 2 months ago?
