do u find the plyo's a biit easy, i did, how long does it take u to do the body wweight bit coz it took me like 45mins lol (rly rly rly weak legs lol)

ya it takes a real long time to do the bodyweigh
i think thats another advantage of the weight program because it takes less time.

it took me ages to do bodyweight in phase 1. lyk an hour or sumtin but in phase 2 week 1 i did it in bout half an hour. and plyometrics were a bit challenging but not too hard. i didnt get time to do bodyweight yesterday so i mite do it after basketball

i did bodyweight an hour or 2 ago and it was good, i hope to get through this phase without any interuptions lyk in phase 1. well iv finished week 1 and it feels good, 2 more to go. im gonna start week 2 on tuesday, wish me luck

hey guys, iv decided to start working on my abs more too. i have been working on them for the past week or 2 but not strictly, im gonna start working on them more. i wanna get a 6 pack by christmas. wen i lie down i have a 6 pack but when i stand up its only feint and is more lyk a 4 pack. i just need to define my abs a little more. im using this workout. i find it works really well to all parts of my abs.

im under 10% bodyfat and can see my abs quite clearly. do u think i can get a 6 pack by christmas?

from the sound of this you need more sleep. From what I've read it's basically key to get at least 8 hours if you really hope to gain muscle. VJB said that that's where most of the gains happen, and thats basically what I base everything off of. Since you're doing your workout early in the morning you'd need to be getting to sleep at about 10 each night. if thats the case more power to you
