how many times do i have to say that i neva tested my vert properly! im not too fussed about testing it the whole way through. i just wanna no i can jump higher by the end of it, i dont care about the numbers i just wanna dunk!

im saying test it properly it takes like 10 seconds man because its harder if you talk about your gains by saying "hey guys now I can touch this" as opposed to "hey guys I gained 2 inches this week" know what I mean

yeah it's really not that hard and guys in the gym know u mean business when u can give them numbers!!

lol well i didnt test at the start so yeh. im just doing this to jump higher to be a better player. not to brag or wateva and say i jump so and so amount of inches. i can tell ive gained a bit tho

yeh i no. i can estimate pretty well tho. oh and tomorrow i hav a grand final  time to unleash my hops lol

i won my grand final  we play two 17 minute halfs and we won 44 to 40. i scored 16  i got a premiers flag and i hav a presentation tomorrow where i get a trophy  lol im happppyyy

thanks, we were winning by 10 but they came back. they are only short games and they dont have all the stoppages, plus no shot clock
