How does doing VJB while being tired affect the training?

nah, i dont really no my exact vert at the start so im just gonna do the 12 weeks and be thankful for what gains i get. u normally see a noticable difference around th 8th or 9th week. so, im gonna do bodyweight today and then im gonna hav next week off and then ill start phase 2

hey guys, guess what. last nie at basketball training i warmed up and ran at the ring to slap the backboard. and i didnt just hit the backboard, i hit the meta bit where the ring joins on i used to be able to just get my fingertips on the backboard. so ive gained around 1-2 inches in phase 1. also i wasnt wearing my bball shoes, i was wearing my air force 1's which are harder to jump in. so im only 4 or 5 inches away from touching the actual ring. im having a rest week this week between phases coz i hav my grand final on saturday so im gonna try and do 500 calve raises before and after school tomorrow and thursday and 500 toninght. i did about 500 last nite too. so i hope to get another inch by grand final day and by the end of the 12 weks i wanna be able oto ouch the ring, even if its only with my fingertips
