Re: A.J.'s VJB begginer plyo and bodyweight journal
can u read? i said i didnt test it accurately at the start lol. enywaiz i can jump higher already. today at bball after the game i tried to hit the backboard. i normally get the tops of my fingers on it but this time i got most of my hand and hit the bottom of the ring where it joins on to the backboard the best thing is i didnt jump as high as i could and i was sore from basketball, i had also been up all night at darkzone and had got 4 hours sleep that morning and oh yeh, yesterday i did vjb so my legs are still sore and havent recovered! im happppyyyy

Re: A.J.'s VJB begginer plyo and bodyweight journal
ok, so i really hurt my back playing rugby and the chiropracter says i cant play sport for a few days and have to drink lots of water and rub ice gel on it 2-3 times a day. so im not gonna do week 3 until next week. it gives me time to recover plus i got an important bball game on saturday. if we win we are in the grand final and im the main player ive scored the most points for my club this season for my age thats lyk out of 150 players

Hey dude,
Just thought I would stop by and check how your program is going! Sorry to hear about your back. The recovery time could be awesome for your vertical though! And hey, get a good way to test that vertical! Cause if you only gain 1 inch, you want to be sure. It would be hard to tell otherwise. It can motivate you tremendously if you noticed a little improvement each week.
