yeh lol. im stuffed from rugby lol i cut my head, got heaps of corkeys and bruises in my legs, go a blood nose, cut my finger open and got my neck scratched lol. all of that happened in bout 45 minutes i got 2 trys tho

you are lucky, i have to get up at 6 and go to school at 6:35, our bus arrive home at 2:45, so i have to do both plyos and bodyweights in the afternoon, 1/2 hour rest between them.

rugby is waaay better. lol. well its more fun to play lol enywaiz i did the plyos and bodyweight yesterday. they were the first workout of my second week. It was harder than the 1st week, especially the squats but i could still feel it hurting afterwards and today.

hey guys, so, ive been on holidays and just got back at 1 in the morning its bout 11am now. i didnt get to do vjb when i was on holidays so im starting at the second week today if i have time or tomorrow. i am gonna be playing basketball all week tho coz im goin to the stadium as much as i can i didnt really get to play bball in the holidays coz i didnt hav a ring. so wen i had some spare time i was working on my handles. they got a bit better but i think my shots gonna be stuffed. also i did sum minor jump training, yesterday i was dunking on my cuzins lowered ring for about an hour but that dont really count lol. oh and btw i got nba street showdown on psp and its awesome, iv been opracticing moves from it

4 got to update it but on tuesday i started the second week again and did both workouts. i mite do the next 2 today but im running out of time so maybe tomorrow. ive been dunking on lowerd rims the last 2 days for about 6 hours each day so my legs are stuffed. i reckon i will probably gain 2 inches this week from all the jumping i have been doing lol.

havebnt tested yet. my legs are too sore at the moment. i wanna gain 8 but im aiming for 12. i will test at the end of phase 1.
